Hilton London Paddington, Executive Lounge, Restaurant and Public areas.
The company was asked to carry out very demanding complete refurbishment of an existing unused office spaces to be converted into Hilton Executive Lounge at Paddington.
After renovation of Executive Lounge, GBG successfully managed the decoration to Restaurant and Public areas all to high standard. Special arrangement were in place as all works were carried out at night to minimize disruption to hotel operations, property was left spotless everynight:
The scope of works involved (Executive lounge):
- To carefully carry out demolition & strip out process.
- To supply and install Gyproc performace partition wall systems throughout
- Supply and form Gyproc Coffered type MF Ceilings systems with more than 70 access panels throughout to allow access to new services.
- Supply and fit custom made plasterwork.
- Form structural openings.
- To carry out leveling to floors throughout, and build platforms to adopt to the new main entrance.
- To plaster and decorate to high standard including of hanging leather type wall coverings
