Scope of works included works to the restaurant and main part of the corridor with 2 NO staircases:

Demolition
Strip out of all the finishes
To strenghten the entire poorly done coffered type ceiling, and set out symmetrical on the rest of the ceiling area.
Design and construct MDF boxing to accommodate new hidden lighting system, with plain Gyproc coving on the fronts
To set out and build columns and partition walls and plaster.
Decorate to high standard, inclusive of Fiberglass installation and vinyl, paperbacked wall coverings. Restore Lime finish in th public corridors and staircases.
To supply and fit custom made cupboard
To rebuild redesigned entrance staircase
To fit all high polished joinery items
as well as other building works.
