GBG carried out complete property strip out, of all of the existing finishes and services and did the following works:

• Minor structural works (Alterations to the house layout).
• Old lath and plaster walls and ceilings replaced with new plasterboard with sound insulation.
• Complete property re-wire together with new Lighting, and Cat5 data for Audio Visual and Internet.
• Gas works, and new central heating system, new water supply,
• New Luxury kitchen,
• New Bespoke hardwood double glazed sash and casement windows and French Doors,
• New Bespoke Joinery (including: High Gloss sliding door wardrobes, Bookshelves, Living Room cabinets, Central Media Cabinet with built in automatic cooling and lighting),
• Complete Property Plastering,
• New Cornicing,
• New FR Doors, 
• New Solid Oak Flooring, and carpets,
• New Luxury Bathrooms,
• High Quality Decorating,
• Exterior works.
